Wee Reads: Giggly Guide on How to Behave by Philippe Jalbert

Ever since Finn was born, and even before then, we would read to him. We wanted to show him reading from an early age. Now he loves us to read the same books, over, and over, and over. But it is the sweetest thing, when he likes to pick out a book and climb into our laps.

Mind Your Manners: Giggly Guide on How to BehaveGiggly Guide on How to Behave by Philippe Jalbert

It’s one thing to tell a child to be polite, but Mind Your Manners: Giggly Guide on How to Behave illustrates in full color and hilarious detail the pitfalls of not minding your manners!
Author and illustrator Phillipe Jalbert explains manners to kids in a way they can understand: with spectacularly silly illustrations and simple rules parents can appreciate too. These are well-mannered instructions for everyday life, such as: cover your mouth when you sneeze, ask permission first, and knock before you enter.

Kids and their parents will giggle their way through this clever and colorful guide on polite behavior, and are sure to want the companion book too on how NOT to behave!

Do you like this book?
Yeah! Because it's a silly bunny who is so silly!

What's your favorite part of the book?
I like it when the bunny takes the turtles shell and starts running, it's so funny! And the bunny ate the elephant, but it didn't really fit. Because elephants are bigger than bunnies, and then the bunny had a trunk! The bunny put on a hippos dress! It was too big for him.

What do you think of the cover?
It has a silly bunny!

Do you want me to read it again?
Yeah!

Another well written book about manners. It's very fun to read and very funny. The illustrations are awesome.
We received an ARC copy of this book to review.
